Pizart   BACK

 Chocolate Candy Bar

A soul-enchanting gush of sweetness, conquering the spirit as well as the body

with orgiastic delight that passes even more quickly than the real thing.

A Small Part of a Larger Thought

The trunk of the tree that is life stands firmly implanted, reaching upward,

swelling soundly its muscled body, reaching upward and out.

Reaching far up and out with fingering branches, touching and filling the air that surrounds it.

Sometimes the life seems to winter, grow slowly.

Then all of a sudden spring comes--a trip to New Hampshire and the tree is bursting with flowers.

And it’s hard to believe that the blossoms won’t last forever.

Merry Go Round

Pulling bodies

spinning around,

turning insides

upside down.

After the winter has slowly died

Spring bubbles

like fine champagne,

and we become the cork

after the bottle has been shaken and opened.

At the Lakeside Cafe

What greater joy

upon the tongue

and sliding to its end?

Exquisite lemon pie, my friend,

Izola’s we attend.

Going to New Hampshire

The trip has trapped a treasure of titillating pleasure,

that’s skipping ‘round a maypole, a dance in lilting measure,

inside my tilted head sure not screwed tight at all.
